Thomas is a seasoned digital specialist who has worked with Internet technology and marketing for 15 years. His keen insights for understanding market motivators blended with a passion for great design has created opportunities for him to work with some of the top digital advertising agencies in America. Most recently, he worked at WhittmanHart from August 2006 to December 2007 as a Creative Director, and from 2002 to 2006 at Spectracom as Vice President of Creative Services. Prior to moving back to Milwaukee, he was a Group Creative Director with MarchFirst/Divine and Regional Creative Director for US Interactive in Chicago.
Thomas has a proven track record of building and managing creative, user experience, strategy and project management teams that can deliver excellence with sustained profitability and very low attrition. His repertoire of work includes some of the world’s most recognized brands including Harley-Davidson, Pfizer, Kellogg’s, Kohler, RCA, Disney, McDonald’s, Kimberly-Clark, Fuji Film, Victorinox Swiss Army, Sears, Citibank, and Adidas to name a few.
Geri’s passion for digital marketing is contagious, and she gets excited about winning new clients and providing them with the very best solutions and impeccable service. An expert at identifying innovative ways to help clients and prospective clients leverage the Internet to achieve business objectives and deliver measurable results, Geri has an entrepreneurial attitude, is a self starter that is exceptionally motivated, and strives to be a consultative partner for her clients.
With over 12 years of digital industry experience, Geri is a highly skilled sales professional possessing a successful track record for selling into the executive level of clients. She has been responsible for developing and implementing strategic sales plans to accommodate corporate goals, and has effectively lead teams through qualification, strategy, proposal, and closing phases of the sales process – fostering many new opportunities with several Fortune 500 companies.
Prior to EXCITE New Media, Geri worked at several nationally recognized agencies in business development roles securing business with companies such as Allstate, Anheuser-Busch, Anchor Hocking, Avid Brakes, Cuisinart, Kmart, Kohler, Kimberly-Clark, McDonalds, Motorola, Rowenta, Sears, Victorinox Swiss Army, Yakima, and Wal-Mart.
Leith St. John serves as EXCITE New Media’s Communications Director, and brings her passion for the written word — whether hypertext or static — to create user experiences as engaging as they are informative.
With more than 10 years of interactive marketing experience under her belt, she has worked extensively with such brands as Anheuser-Busch, Eaton, Harley-Davidson, Kimberly-Clark, Kohler, Neiman Marcus, Sears, and Target. In addition, Leith has served as guest lecturer and presenter at new media seminars, including the Pacific Bell Education First Knowledge Network, San Francisco’s Center for Electronic Art, and Stanford University’s “Publishing on the Web” – a conference and workshop for established and entrepreneurial new media publishers to explore the vital issues that are shaping the online industry.
